Introduction to SBX and advanced NGS for genomic research

This course provides an in-depth introduction to breakthrough DNA sequencing technology, Sequencing by Expansion (SBX), and advanced NGS library preparation solutions. Participants will gain comprehensive understanding of SBX technology, NGS library preparation with KAPA, and applications in genomic research and clinical diagnostics including early cancer detection, comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP), and minimal residual disease (MRD) monitoring.
